Attune Breakfast Bowl Giveaway

Ooooo, I love this giveaway I have for you. I also love breakfast. It’s actually my least favorite meal of the day, but I love breakfast because it’s so important. It’s the meal that gets your day off to a good start. It’s the meal that fuels your morning. It’s an opportunity to jam pack your diet with more fruits, whole grains, and other deliciousness. Spend any time in one of my nutrition seminars or counseling sessions and it’s likely I’ll chat a bit about the importance of eating breakfast – even just a bite or two of something – first thing in the morning to get your body up and at ’em. That’s why I’m so excited to host this giveaway with Attune Foods for a breakfast bowl to go!

Each bowl is made out of recycled yogurt cups and the bowls are BPA free. They’re an easy way to take your cereal with you for breakfast or snack, which can be especially helpful when you’re traveling. It’s also great for people with food allergies who have to always have safe food on hand. The bowls feature a screw top lid and are very sturdy. And, they’re a nice bright apple-green color. I love their round bowl-shape which gives these containers a leg up when it comes to cereal eating over any square or rectangle tupperware containers. And I love taking my favorite Attune cereal, the Raisin Bran, on the go in this bowl. They’re not yet sold in stores, so you can be one of the few who gets to try it out!

    I eat Greek yogurt with Kashi Go Lean and fruit every morning. That bowl is awesome for transporting food on the go!

    Sorry to hear that breakfast is your least favorite meal – I love it!! In fact, I’m sitting here reading my rss feed over a bowl of yogurt with a mix of wheat germ, special K, and clusters. Delicious!

    My favorite breakfast is either pumpkin pie oatmeal or greek yogurt with fruit and Uncle Sam’s cereal sprinkled on top. Yummm! I’m tweeting this giveaway too! Could always use a new environmental friendly travel bowl.

    I like to change up my breakfast all the time. I will either have yogurt with cereal and fruit; oatmeal; granola bar; overnight oats in a jar or just plain cereal. Just depends what I am in the mood for.

    Oatmeal when the weather’s cold (cooked with a dab of almond butter on top, or baked oatmeal when I have time for it), and green smoothies when it’s warm. I actually consider breakfast one of my favorite meals I think… I always look forward to it.

    I either have an english muffin with peanut butter or some Kashi cereal with Silk for breakfast – I eat at work so I’m always looking for new ways to transport food from home to the office 🙂
