Even skim milk would send my blood sugar up 250-300 points. Silk Almond milk Unsweetened lets me have cereal for breakfast or a snack. I have told my siblings about it b/c we’re all diabetic. !I also let my diabetic educator know, b/c I wish she had told me and I would have avoided a very scary episode of hyperglycemia that left me feeling shakened and ill. Plus it tastes SO much better than watery skim milk. Thanxalot y’all!

My wife and my 4 children, all of age now are planning to relocate to Hawaii sometimes end of next year and intensely excited to know more about their foods and vegetables and also the cost of food. Your short blog was very interesting and gave me some excitement. Please share some more. How is Hawaii, the people? My wife, myself initially migrated to United States 28 years ago with 2 children born in London, England and added 2 additional children. We originated from Ghana, West Africa. Please share more Hawaiian stories for the first time visitor. I am waiting.
