Should I Eat Breakfast?

Are you a breakfast eater, yay or nay? I’m always baffled by people who don’t eat breakfast. Usually my stomach is rumbling within about a half of a second of my alarm going off. Also, I love food, and breakfast is a good excuse to eat…food! We’ve always heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day – frankly, I think all meals are equally important.     Hey there Janel! I ran into your blog and I can’t wait to try some of your recipes. I’m a student studying to become a RD as well, so I share your passion for food and health. As for breakfast, I LOVE breakfast! It is definitely my favorite meal of the day and I also can’t understand how some people don’t take the pleasure to enjoy delicious breakfast early in the morn.
