Registered Dietitian, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and mom to three young children. Like you, I'm in the throes of trying to feed myself and my family healthfully, and feel my best.
My goal is to help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food and feel good without dieting, restriction or stress. I am passionate about finding ways to support my clients in each of their wellness goals by focusing not only on food but also sleep, stress, movement, environment, lifestyle and more. I come from a place of empathy and understanding when helping my clients learn how to apply the science of nutrition to their own bodies and lifestyles and will be your biggest ally when it comes to supporting your health.

Hello, I'm Beth Eckert,
a registered dietitian with over 25 years of experience, including more than a decade as a diabetes specialist. I completed my education at Penn State University and have worked in a variety of settings with the majority being in an outpatient clinic. My experience in helping people manage their diabetes and heart disease helped me to develop a passion for disease prevention. I enjoy working with clients with gestational diabetes, those managing hormonal issues such as PCOS and menopause, as well as food allergies.
Eating healthfully can be overwhelming due to conflicting information, which is why my counseling style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, providing evidence-based guidance. In our non-judgmental sessions, we'll uncover the root cause of your concerns and work together on practical strategies that fit your unique lifestyle, rather than using rigid meal plans. Getting to know you as a whole person is key, ensuring you leave our first session with clear, manageable steps to start your journey. I live in Southern New Hampshire, and when not working, I enjoy hiking, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.
