Gut health nutrition support
Bloating. Discomfort after meals. Unpredictable digestion. Constantly wondering which foods are "safe." If your gut has been calling the shots on your day-to-day life, you know how exhausting — and honestly, how isolating — that can feel.
Your gut isn't just about digestion. It plays a role in your immune function, your mood, your energy, and even your hormone balance. When it's out of sync, it can affect nearly every part of how you feel. Our approach is to look at the whole picture: your symptoms, patterns, stress, health history, and build a plan that actually gets to the source of gut health issues, rather than just managing symptoms forever. We're here to help you get to the root of what's going on, without resorting to extreme elimination diets that leave you more anxious around food.
How we approach gut health
We start with a thorough look at your symptoms, history, and any diagnoses you may have (IBS, SIBO, reflux, IBD, or general digestive discomfort with no clear label yet).
We also look closely at fiber intake, hydration, meal timing, food triggers, along with lifestyle factors that are hugely influential, such as sleep, stress, and how quickly (or slowly) you're eating your meals. Gut health is connected to the nervous system, so we'll also talk about practical ways to support the gut-brain connection.
Our goal is always to identify what's triggering your symptoms and expand your diet as much as possible. We also recognize that gut symptoms can be frustrating and sometimes come with a long history of not being taken seriously. We take your symptoms seriously, listen closely, and encourage you to collaborate with your physician or GI specialist to advocate for further testing or treatment as needed.
You'll leave our sessions with a clear, personalized plan and not a generic list of "foods to avoid." We'll track your symptoms together, adjust as we learn what's working, and help you build sustainable habits that support long-term gut health.
